This hotel provides good value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is great, situated in a not so crowded area but still easily accessible, and near the mall for convenient facilities. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms are beautiful, with windows opening out into the hotel's atrium and a balcony on the top floor. The view to the east is stunning.

We loved the interior & exterior, very comfortable. Convenient location near the famous restaurant serving traditional Lombok food. Close to supermarket, easy access to taxis. Friendly and helpful staff. Connecting room. Good breakfast.

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel during my recent stay. the location was perfect - situated at the center of Mataram, it allowed for easy access to the surrounding areas without being in a crowded spot. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, with windows opening out into the hotel's atrium, creating a lovely ambience. Additionally, the included breakfast was a nice touch, even though it wasn't of the highest quality.

Located in the heart of the city, this modern hotel is close to shopping areas and great restaurants. the rooms are clean and comfortable with complementairy water, coffee and tea facilities. the bathroom is well equipped with a nice rain shower. the staff is friendly and helpful, making your stay enjoyable. Although breakfast is simple, the hotel offers high-speed WiFi in all areas including the rooms, which is perfect for streaming movies or doing work on your laptop.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and great hot showers. The breakfast buffet was diverse and offered both Western and Indonesian options, perfect for starting the day off right.

The location wasn't as central as we had hoped, although it was still within walking distance to a local mall and a short taxi ride to nearby beaches. The soundproofing in the rooms wasn't great either, as we could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to many local markets and eateries. the staff is friendly and helpful, offering great service during our stay. the room was comfortable and clean, with a cozy bed and everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

The breakfast offered was quite disappointing, with limited options and dull food quality. We were also disappointed with the early check-in request, which had been confirmed by email beforehand but was not available when we arrived.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. It had nice furniture, television and an excellent rain shower. This hotel is located in an ideal location in the city centre, just 5 minutes walk to the shopping mall and within walking distance to great eating places and spa.
